Physical items will be shipped within 3–5 business days to the address you provided on the “My Addresses” page. Refunds are only possible if the customer has not opened the box and has not received either a physical or virtual (digital) product. After opening the box or receiving any type of gift, the service is considered completed and no refunds are made. In the event that the received physical product is damaged, defective or non-functional, or if the received virtual product / voucher is technically faulty and cannot be used, the customer must contact the Betbox.ge support team. These cases will be considered individually and, if necessary, the product will be replaced, the service will be restored or the money will be refunded.
