Betbox.ge is an online platform where users can purchase virtual boxes.

When purchasing a box, the user acquires the main product, which is pre-specified on the relevant box page and is an integral part of the purchase.

The main product is a voucher that entitles the user to receive a specific product or service.

The user always acquires a pre-defined voucher, and the additional benefit, if any, for a specific box is a free bonus.

An additional bonus, which may be described on the platform as a “surprise”, is a pre-defined additional benefit and does not change the existence of the main product.

The additional bonus is determined according to pre-specified conditions and does not change the existence of the main product.

The platform can also offer boxes that include only the main product and do not contain additional Bonus.

The contents of the box, including whether it contains an additional bonus, are specified in advance on the page of the relevant box.

3. Does not constitute gambling

5. Account Creation

5.1 Seller Status

On Betbox.ge, a user can be granted Seller status, which means the ability to place vouchers or offers on the platform.

Seller status is granted individually by the platform administration and may be limited or revoked by the company's decision.

The Seller is obliged to:

• Ensure the accuracy and validity of the vouchers
• Follow the voucher terms (term, use, restrictions)
• Ensure the delivery of the relevant product or service

The Seller is fully responsible for the fulfillment of the vouchers offered by him.

Betbox.ge only ensures the functioning of the platform and is not responsible for the quality of the product or service offered by the Seller. Quality.

5.2 The User is obliged to provide accurate and complete information during registration. The Company reserves the right to limit or cancel the account in case of incorrect or false information.

6. Payments and Balance

The User replenishes the balance and uses it to purchase boxes.

The amount added to the balance represents a prepayment for the use of the digital service and is not subject to withdrawal, except for cases provided for by law.

The balance is used only to purchase products on the platform and does not represent electronic money.

7. Purchase and Opening a Box

After purchasing a box, the user can open it on the platform.

When opening a box, the user is provided with the main product (voucher), which is predefined for the respective box.

If a specific box additionally includes a bonus, the user is also provided with the corresponding additional benefit, which is described on the box page.

If no additional bonus is provided for the respective box, the user is provided with only the main product (voucher).

After the voucher is delivered, the transaction is considered completed.

8. Refunds

Refunds are only possible if the customer has not opened the box and has not received either the physical or digital product.

No refunds are issued after the box has been opened or the product has been received.

In the case of a damaged or defective product, the issue will be considered individually and a replacement, repair or refund may be possible.

9. Delivery

Physical products are shipped within 3–5 business days to the address provided by the customer.

Digital products are shipped to the email address provided within 30 minutes.

10. Disclaimer

The Company is not responsible for:

• Temporary unavailability of the service due to technical disruptions
• Incorrectly specified data by the user
• Disruption of third-party services
• Full responsibility for the product or service provided by a third party (Seller/partner company) lies with the relevant supplier.

The maximum liability of the Company is limited to the amount paid by the User to purchase a specific box.

11. Fraud Prevention

The Company reserves the right to restrict or cancel the User's account in case of suspicious activity.

12. Intellectual Property

13. Privacy

14. Force Majeure

• The additional bonus is a free benefit and does not change the existence of the main product
• All users receive the product specified for a specific box

All operations are recorded in the system and can be technically verified.

20. Third-party vouchers and terms of use

If the main product or additional bonus (surprise) included in the box is a voucher issued by a third party, its terms of use are determined by the relevant company.

The user can obtain information about the instructions, terms and restrictions for using the voucher on the platform, on the page of a specific box, in the “What do you get when you buy” section, by clicking on the “Info” button, as well as on the official channels of the relevant company.

The user is obliged to familiarize himself with the mentioned information before purchasing the box.

Betbox.ge is not responsible for the terms and conditions set by third parties, their changes or restrictions on the use of the voucher.

21. Gift Box Function

On Betbox.ge, a user can purchase a box as a gift for another person, if the gift function is active for the corresponding box.

In the case of a gift, the sender sees the main product before purchasing the box and, if necessary, information about whether the box includes an additional surprise.

The recipient opens the gift box after registering and authorizing on the platform. It is impossible to open a gift box without registration.

A gift box, depending on the terms of the respective box, may include only the main product or an additional surprise along with the main product.

The gift function is a form of product transfer and does not change the content, value or predetermined conditions of the respective box.
